| Weight??!!!
Hey Girlies, just a quickie. I am just over 2 weeks sober. During my drinking time I put on approx 3 stone (42 pounds). I was a lager drinker and my stomach is awfulv bloated and bumpy. Anyway, just wondering if anyone knows how long it takes for the weight to begin to go? Haven't lost a pound yet!!!! I am eating a reasonably healthy diet with plenty of water, but just seems strange to have lost nothing. Any ideas or your experience would be greatly appreciated. Many Thanks xx |

5 ounds gained...3 pounds lost....natural...you are gonna go through some changes...the first year it is really quite enough to just focus on recovery...Nothing more just that...it will be a full plate....it will be that is if you put as much effort into your recovery as you did with drinking or using... keep it simple.........but keep doin it
