Affirmations

what are affirmations?
Affitrmations are positive thoughts or ideas that you consciously focus on in order to produce a desired result. [a change in thought or a boost in self confidence]
Affirmations are a powerful tool that can heal and transform your most deeply held, limiting beliefs.
1) Pick an area of your life you want to work on.
2) Decide what you want to occur in that area of your life
3) Using the first person, formulate a consise staement that expresses that desired outcome 7 state or compose the affirmation in the present tense.
[I am, I can, I let go, I attract, I welcome, I move, I emerge, I allow, I release, I open, I focus, I believe, I choose, I nourish.....]
a) ask yourself what would it be like if this part of my life were healed? What is the end result of what I am seeking?
4) Imagine the experience is happening at this moment. State it positively, with conviction.
5) Experience how the affirmation feels.
6) repeat the affirmation; repitition will impress the positive on your mind thereby transforming previous held beliefs.
7) Be consistent and ay the affiramtion daily.

Here are some examples:

My life overflows with abundance of joy.
I am serene, calm, & peaceful in the midst of change.
Iam a Childof the Universe.
i am honest and have integrity.
I give myself the freedom to discover and pursue my own path.
I am strong & well in Spirit.

Affirmations will make positive changes and as you continue you will notice negative thoughts receding and being replaced by your positive affirmations.

Affirmations can and will create positive changes in your life.
