In the midst of all of my insanity did I happen to mention that a few weeks ago, I got a kitten. I needed something soft and warm and cuddly that would love me and make me feel good. Well, the cat's F*****g NUTS!!!! I love her to death, but she's nuts. She makes a bigger mess around here than my kids do. She gets into everything and anything, and never stops. she zooms around the house like a bolt of lightening. At 9:00 she comes and gets me and meows and bites my hand until I take her in the bedroom and we go to bed. Then, at 5:30 in the morning she meows and bats at my face and bites my toes to let me know that it is time to get up. (she has gotten used to me feeding her when I get up in the morning.) I love having her little face with her huge eyes look at me with love and affection and listening to her purr as she lays on my lap. Then the psycho turns around and starts attacking my hand. lmao. I love her. her name is Blaze.

Mentioning the Beagle from Hell. Last night she was trying to get away from Bo, and she ran across the kitchen counter, fell right off the end of it and into the trash can. The look on her face was priceless. lmao.

I can't believe I am going to post this. I got another kitten today. I couldn't resist. A little gray calico. she hasn't come out from under the love seat yet, but I'm sure eventually she will. My daughter got a kitten to take to her dad's house and this little one was too adorable to leave behind. I've got to be nuts. My zoo. 1 dog (Beagle Bo), now 2 cats (Blaze and Divit), a turtle (Mr. Turtle), 2 Geckos (Isadora and Duncan), and a 55 gallon aquarium (my son named one of the fish Jimmy). The hermit crab recently died. We named her Divit, she has a small piece of her ear missing from fighting with her brothers and sisters. I'm nuts.

I recently got a little white manx. I'm already hopelessly in love. then, things didn't work out for her littermate so ... yup. And then there were two. both solid white. and I'm now living in feline tyranny. They run through the apt like rhinoseroueseses ... thundercats. they only let me live thre cuz I pay rent and am the only one who can work the can opener. And the hotter it gets ... the flatter they lay. Beloved. and Sister.

My daughter took her kitten home yesterday. Before that, Juliette and Blaze were terrors. Steve said he was sitting at the computer and they were racing around even up the back of the chair and over his head and onto the desk and down and around again. Divit is a bit shy. I think she may have been the runt of the litter. She is a bit smaller and slower than the others and far less agressive. Unless there is food involved. lmao. Tomorrow my oldest daughter is coming home from Kutztown for a visit and she just got a new kitten also. She's bringing it with her and asked me if I would kitten-sit for a few hours while they visit his parents (they have big dogs). Of course I said yes. I've got to be insane, but loving every minute of it.
