|  Still thinking?????
It's been over a year since I did crack.. And at times I find I'm thinking of it.. the past few days I've been thinking about it more and more.. My AA group helps a bit but none of them ever did anything stronger than pot. and no NA meetings in my area. So I'm glad I found this site... After reading posts from new people in recovery,I'm thinking less of doing crack..and I can think of the bad times more than the good ones.. It brought back the feelings I had at a few days clean.. It goes to show that the steps work... For any newcomer reading this..Thank You..... |

Doc65 - we're happy you found us! It's been 2.5 years for me and I still think about it sometimes too. But mostly about the bad times. That's a place I never want to go back to. We have a very supportive NA forum here, and there's online meetings too - check out the Chat and Online Meetings Forum for more details. Welcome aboard - keep coming back!

Though your AA group members have not done a heavy drug such as pot, but its the same disease no matter what you use so you are still in good and understanding company... |

Doc-I never did crack but GOD knows I did every thing else!!! and then some...I am so glad that you found this recovery site and reached out to all of us. It is a GREAT site with a lot of people with a LOT of clean time and a lot of wisdom. You are doing great-just keep doing it...thoughts are normal, just don't to the real thing. We are here when and if you need us......Peace and serenity to you, Doc.......Kahlia-6 years clean from Dillaudid and Morphine and a few other assorted things......UGH, oh how I remember.
