When I saw the light!
I found SoberRecovery on Tuesday (I think, was still in the highly stressed state).
I read through a number of the posts and realised I'd found somewhere where I don't have to apologise for feeling like I do/doing what I've done etc. I can confess without fearing a scolding!
This has become my first port of call of a morning and I dip in throughout the day.
