Emotionally:: broken, hurt, fragile, hopeless, grieving
Spiritually: Through tears asking God to help me climb out of this living Hell, ready, willing and able to do whatever it takes to save my life and to learn how to live again
Physically: health issues related to family history of heart disease...etc
Where Were You?: Here in my own private Hell....a place I don't want to be any longer
What Happened Next? After 100 "bottoms"....I finally hit "THE" BOTTOM.
And How's it Going Today? Worried about the future, scared, miss my kids, can't believe i have thrown 22 years of marriage away due to my addictions

Right now: I went to a meeting tonight, got a sponsor, prayed, thinking about a halfway house..
