Annoyed - SoberRecovery : Alcoholism Drug Addiction Help and Information

I have a headache at work because I drank last night. I'm terribly annoyed that I can't quit on my own.

At the moment it's not causing a lot of problems in my life, but I know it will snowball...eventually...and I don't want to get to that point (again).

I enjoy forum communities, and AA didn't work for me before. So I just typed 'alcoholic forum' in Google, and this site popped up.:ghug
