Happy Birthday SR!

I am so grateful that you are here. You have been instrumental in my recovery over the past year. This site has helped me grow in recovery, learn patience and tolerance, help the newcomer, be of service, and so many, many other things. My life would not be the same without SR having been a part of my life.

Thank you, all of you, from the person who started SR, the Mulligan group, all the way to the people who come here and share their experience, strength, and hope. Each of you make SR a great place to be.

Happy Birthday to SR!!!!

I just want to thank everyone that made this site possible. I wouldn't be in recovery today if it wasn't for SR.

Trish was a soulmate and dear friend, and the first person I lost from SR. Her spirit remains because her spirit WAS the spirit of SR. Trish is also a reminder that the disease of addiction is serious, dead serious, that lives are at stake here. I know that in my darkest time, my SR friends walked through the darkness with me, holding their lights until I could find mine again.

I'm grateful for those who came before me and for some who have since left us...Trish, Jon, Smoke, JT, Debbie, a codie named Ogly and so many more who were significant to my life and recovery.

I'm grateful for those who walk with me today, some who I have met in person and who have become friends for life, some who gave me a kind word exactly when I needed it, and some who have made me smile or laugh until I hurt.

The magic of SR comes from each one of you. I love you all.

Thank you Mulligan Group for keeping this ship afloat and Happy Birthday SoberRecovery.

Thumbs up Congratulations and Thanks

May cheerful, happy faces be here always. "Thank you SR," and historyteach for inviting me here to participate in the discussions for smoking cessation. Having a circle of support like this is essential to quitting (smoking or probably any addiction). Your help is appreciated. Congratulations to all!
