Desperate

Feeling nauseous, having a panic attack, wondering how I ever let this happen. At some point in my life I became an uncaring selfish soulless human. I used to be a nice person.....I think.

I believe the term I heard for where I am at now is bankrupt.

Hey Dean

Welcome. I hope you will learn how to operate this site. There are several search tools here. You can click on a person's name and search their profile and read other post by that person.

Being bankrupt is a good place to start in recovery cause you can start at the beginning with no reservation about the need to start over and do something different.
