I was sitting here feeling sorry for myself at work, so I did a search for al-anon. Immediately found the note where their lawyers came after you and had you change your name. Pretty pitiful, when I couldn't even find an official forum for them. But yours came up first.

This is my first post, so I'm not really sure where I need to post anything. I came here for help with my husband. I've been with him for over 3 years, and his drinking is destroying me. I feel that if something doesn't change soon, that I might have to leave him. I'm hoping I can get some help and encouragement here.

Welcome to SR. This forum doesn't get as much "traffic", but repost over on the friends & family of alcoholics forum and you will find a tremendous amount of support.
