| I was a rescuer
I was a rescuer in a relationship with an addict. Funnily, as recuers do, i was looking for ways to try and 'fix' his problems by googling recovery strategies. But in doing so i found SR which actually ended up helping me. I would come every day and just read, hearing other people's stories helped me and made me feel like less of a crazy person for feeling all those mixed up emotions of love/resentment/lust/anger and so on... Thank you!

Me too! I am always rescuing my AH but lately I keep hoping someone will rescue me! I guess I will have to do it myself! LOL!
