AWESOME Ann, thankyou for that, I know one thing, I have learned how to

imerse myself in the details

its a learning process and takes time.BUT being sober and well allows me to be able to continue this zest for life and its simple pleasures, such as watching the birds or taking notice of the beauty around us.
