This must be true, I've never yet met a happy miserable bogger!! I think enthusiasm is contagious - I know it brightens my dayt to see happiness in others.

Spreading joy is brilliant - but I feel it takes a lot hard work, skill, and determination to get to a point when you can do it fearlessly, unafraid, and spreading that joy without selfconciousness.

I try to. If I am in a group I will try and share my happiness (if I am happy!)

Sometimes I don't find it unless I look carefully, but when I do, it's usually right there in front of my eyes.
