"Man's Search for Meaning" and that central concept (that you quoted) have stuck hard with me for the nearly-twenty years since I've read it. It's a life-altering kind of book...at least for me it was. Of course I was in college then, and my thoughts were much more malleable than they are now that I'm old and cratchety....

I thought the last section of the book (about Logotherapy) should've been left out though.
