Negative Thought

"Every time you have an angry thought, or a negative thought about someone, that thought, that tiny impulse of energy goes out from you; goes right to them, and becomes, for a moment, absorbed by them. They are touched and affected by it, whether they know it or not. The more angry thoughts you direct their way, the more negative energy they will receive, and the more harm you will do to them. However, because it is your energy, eventually that negative energy you have been producing must return to you. That is the law of The Universe. What is given out must return to its source. So, like the boomerang effect, all that negative energy will come bouncing back to you. Consequently, and unwittingly, you are damaging yourself."
~Rosemary Altea "You Own The Power"

I like this. I think we all work through our situations, but after that, to spend our time or wasting our time to wish or think negative thoughts about someone else, really comes home to roost. Most often the other person does not even notice, but our minds, bodies and spirits do. And in the end? Who really suffers? We do.
Another goodie Gabe
Thank you..

I like this too. I knew this to be true but not until I was grieving loss of family and friends - I was like a sponge (so vulnerable) and would literally soak up alot of the negative energy from people and certain places. It took a very strong prayer to break the bondage, thank God!

It was weird and uncomfortable at the beginning and hard to explain to others so I thank you for posting this because it does validate what I was trying so hard to put into words. The only other person to mention this was the author of 'Embraced by the Light' - excellent reading.

As a result of that experience I am alot more attentive of the energy I give out in my thoughts and feelings...although that takes alot of practise.
Postive energy is always a breath of fresh air
