Biker Bill. - SoberRecovery : Alcoholism Drug Addiction Help and Information

Wondered where to post this...
But since the purpose is to ask the family here for something, Doug's crib seemed the best choice.

I help Biker Bill, a member here at SR, run his own little recovery message board.
Pretty straight forward thing, simple and clear mission. The tiny membership there carries the message of recovery found in the twelve steps.
Anyway, to the point...

Some of you know Bill has had some serious health concerns lately. He posted somewhere on SR very briefly about it, as is his style, really. A man of very few words when in a crowd, but with a heart filled of love and compassion for his fellows.

He usually lets me know when he's going riding, or anything that will keep him away from his board, and his commitment here, where he posts a daily quote from the big book.
Last we spoke, he told me he had an appointment with a specialist at the beginning of this month. I haven't heard from him since, and he hasn't visited his board, or here, for a while now.

So I'm asking you to throw up a mantra, prayer, meditation, brotherly or sisterly vibe if you can spare one, for my friend Bill.

May he return soon among his people.

Bill is a stand up guy alright. never chatted with anyone that spoke from the heart like he does with little room for B.S

I have a hard time on his site cause it's on MSN and my p.c doesn't work at all on there. Anyone else on his Biker site here from him??
