I love that! This narrative was on the same site....I liked it too. Innocent. Was I ever innocent? If it was just a dream then that dream shall be my reality. I once knew how the world worked. It was all inside my head, but then I found words and the understanding was gone from me. Words are meaningless without motive. And so I looked for the motive I had had for finding the words to talk to others. I looked under the pebbles in streams, and behind the buildings at night so the dogs wouldn't see me. I looked in the clouds, but when I thought I recognised it they changed and my hands were full of mist. I looked in the air and I dug a few holes. Not many. I asked birds why I wanted to be able to speak. They didn't reply. I think they knew the answer. Eventually I stopped looking, and then I understood.

found it just a bit too coincidental that the condition of spiritual anonymity is the status quo until someone decided to get caught in a loop of self obsession and curiosity. is it just me or hmmmmmm? |

dan, Thanks ahead of time. We are busy in the operating room and will enjoy it later I'm sure. Now that I have feelings, turning them off is difficult. Not bringing the job home is difficult. Some images stay in my mind. I find the post you've posted very helpful in coming down. FaryQueen, everybody does but, you've really added some great insight to the problems we face in recovery. Also, adding a glimmer of hope that life indeed can be enjoyed.
