Good words Ann.....

It's soo easy to keep myself stuck in self limiting thinking which translates into inaction through my life...

I've tried to ferret out these beliefs and challange them one by one... but.. maybe it would just be easier to focus on positive behavior rather than trying to fight negative..

the nuance of that is slight...
but... the work around it isn't... and the outcome will be better...
