A ray of hope.

Most of you know of my financial struggles. We just don't bring in enough money to live comfortably. It's constant worry over how we are going to pay the bills and feed the kids.

Well, there is a ray of hope, finally. I got approved to start working on fridays at my regular job. That will be 8 hours overtime each week at time and a half. That will be a huge help. My husband also talked to his boss today about our situation, and he got a raise. We don't know how much yet, until it is finalized with the accountant, but anything will help at this point.

Now comes the work of figuring out a budget to cover our current expenses as well as cleaning up some of the wreckage.

We really needed this break, it's been too long coming. It feels like a ton of weight has been lifted off of my shoulders.

You're a good person. Don't know why you have to be going thru your struggle right now. Keep on praying don't give up hope. I feel what you're going thru.
There any other jobs in the area?

Everyone on here really cares for you.

Keep on praying we'll be sending out our prayers as well!!!

Thanks Cap.

I think it is a 'Job'(biblical) kind of thing. It's almost as if my faith is being tested. But, that's OK. I'm not giving up on my HP. He has always seen me through.

Hey, that is such great news. I am so happy for you. I have similiar problems, and know the extreme anxiety money troubles cause, especially serious money problems..
It is such a great relief, and even makes life just seem better when we can take care of some of the wreckage that is caused, and to not have people down your throat, about bills.
I am very happy for you. God really does see us through, when we really try and really pray

Have a really great weekend

Love, Becky

Things are looking better.
There is a chance that my husband may be able to borrow against his yearly bonus now to get us out of the hole, then we just have to maintain.
