An Impossible Ruler

Do you, have an impossible ruler in your mind? This is used to set impossible goals and judge results from these goals. Even in the stock market now, they need to print the following. " Past performance, is no guarantee of future performance." Example, setting a goal of not drinking, then measuring our progess, by wether we thought or dreamed about drinking. A day at a time and a decision at a time put together makes the whole picture possible. Don W

Thanks Don.

I know I am my own worst enemy. I can do the best I can with something and then beat myself up for not doing it better. I don't know why I keep doing that to myself.
