Thanks indie, not just new people but, myself I need to be reminded of the basics from time to time. I'm a perfect example of why they tell people to take the whole perscription even if you feel better. Many times I've felt better and stopped doing what got me better. Then posted here not understanding why I've lost something. Hope that makes sense. Don W
