- A loss of interest in interpreting the action of others.

- Frequent overwhelming episodes of appreciation.

- Contented feelings of connectedness with others and nature.

- Frequent attacks of smiling through the eyes of the Heart.

- Increasing susceptibility to love extended by others and the uncomfortable urge to extend it.

- An increasing tendency to let things happen rather than make them happen.

Me, too. It is a reminder of all the gifts of recovery because as I read the items that I know I am experiencing today, I can vividly remember the days when none of those items would be on my list. And the nice thing is, they just came, as gifts, without me specifically seeking them out.
