Thanks for the heads-up, it's chilling and tragic. I'll be sharing this info with others. Sometimes being sober for a long time tends to take us out of the loop--and their are so many new abuses popping up. Queenshenique

Thanks for the info that was a sad story. I had my 17 year old daughter read it as soon as I finished. She said she hadn't heard of that before around school. It is amazing how many things are out there that kids use to get high thinking it is safe. Thanks again!

Mishelly, Working at a Children's Hospital I see first hand the results of huffing. I have to say, and don't think me cruel but, in some cases the lucky ones die. The sight of a 14 or 15 year old kid that will be just a shell the rest of their lives. And death doesn't always come soon. Those that survive in many cases still have a healthy heart that will beat in that shell for years and years. They don't even have to leave the house to get it. Don W

It just floors me...and with all the chemicals I have put in my body over the years, I don't know why really. A few weeks ago we asked my ten year old nephew if he knew what White Out (you know, the old liquid paper stuff) was and he said, yeah, it's a drug, kids inhale it. I was shocked. He didn't even know what it's real purpose is. Sad.
