Couldn't they think of a better name? Mutilators? Sounds like a sports team or something. LOL. Personally, I prefer the term "self-harm" for that aspect of my disease. Oh, well...

I know all about SMA if anyone has questions about it. That was one of my obsessions for a while. I did all kinds of research and even tried starting my own meeting in LA. I made my own pamphlets and everything. No one ever showed up, and so I gave up, but then 6 months later i got a call from the place that let me hold it, and they said like 5 people were showing up every week and haveing a meeting. That was a cool feeling to know that I started something like that. I talked to the founder. He is in NY. There are no meetings anywhere but NY. I have his number if anyone wants it. He says that he only has like 13 members and there are no chips, key tags, nothing! that's why I had to make all my own pamphlets and everything.
