| NYC visit- Memorial Day weekend
Hi. I'm a new member who is hoping to contact sober folks in NYC who attend shows at clubs there. I'm heading there over Memorial Day weekend to see two shows, and since the trip invoves a lot of traveling and two very late nights, I thought it would be a good idea to hook-up with another sober person(s), perhaps someone who has faced similar circumstances. I know there used to be a group that held meetings at Dead shows, but I don't know what they were called, or if they're still around. I fly in Friday, the shows are Friday and Sunday, so I plan to attend a meeting Saturday. If this isn't the proper forum, perhaps someone could give me a link. Thanks. |
