Hi Terri

There's some women based forums here with some very cool women attached to it. You can additionaly take a look at www.suicideforum.com where they have a rape forum. I hope you can consider counselling.

Hi Terry,
It's not your fault you got raped.
I'm sure you are experiencing a lot of painful feelings right now and those can be difficult to talk about.
But talking about them gets them out and that can help the healing start.
Perhaps you can contact a rape crisis center where you live.
That way you could get some counseling from people who understand what you've been through.
Sending some light your way.

I am sorry you had to go through this, but you must know that being raped was NOT your fault, never, in any way your fault. And, I'm sure it's hard to talk about this, but I think it will help you to heal. Please know that I'm always around if you want to talk.

I agree with all the above. Please search out the rape crisis center in your area. Talking is what helps heal the pain. Rape is NOT the victims fault.

I don't feel like I can say the right things to help Terri

Drugs or drinking, I can offer some suggestions of how I stopped and have been able to stay sober.

Most of us in here can't give you the advice you need for something like this.

I wish, I could give you the help you seek for this. I'm at a loss for words.
