| A Real Pain
I get a lot of pain in my shoulders and joints. My doctor tells me it's partly due to tension but also because of high levels of adrenaline. I think anti-depressants can also add to it. I don't want to take painkillers for it, but it often ends in a terrible migraine. I do regular upper-body exercise, and have a massage twice a week. I've tried relaxation therapy, the Bach flower remedies (I recommend cherry-plum for suicidal thoughts), even yoga. Hot pads, cold pads, lavender oil! (I put up a fight against that one but mum won). Nothing seems to help. Any ideas would be really appreciated. Thanks, Karl |

I'm taking enough perscribed drugs. Sorry, but I think I might be in the wrong place here. Should I have put this under the PTSD link? Probably. If anyone wants to and can move me - feel free I'm off to get some sleep, cos its 4 in the morning again and I cant think straight. Karl |
