|  ...And Life Goes On..
Well guys and gals ...been a rough day...but i got through it w/o having to escape to somethin that would bring me down even lower....left my ole' man...sick of having to worry if he himself is stayin clean...ill just do it on my own...  no but ive had better days...im sure we all have though....it seems as if times like these is when you think some kinda drug will help..but we all know it only makes it worse...so im hangin in there....and again life goes on...  |

Hi SweetPea, I'm sorry you're having a tough day and it must be very hard to make such a decision. I'm sure you know what is the best thing for you to do and I wish you peace with your decision. Try to believe that things will get better. Love, Anna

Hi SweatPea I know how tough it is to make that break. I asked my fiance to leave last month. Doing what is right isn't always painless. I hope that you will be good to yourself and that you have lots of support. FromVenus |

Making it through one day at a time is what we all do. Some days are easier than others. Making the decision to focus only on YOUR recovery is huge!!! Keep doing what you are doing, and seeking help and support.
