Just back from the Jacuzzi.
Caught the last of the night time stars.
9 AM hike with my best friend this morning.
Forgot that the wife was off work today.
That's ok she's hitting the gym early.
Start packing today for a week in the desert -- we love it out there.
A nice sober day wished for all.

7:31. A very late riser today.
Maybe a run to Kmart and Pier 1 this afternoon. Trying to spruce my apartment up a little.
It is nice to not dread going to old job.

Dogs woke me up at 5:30 am to go out so I made coffee and am up for the day. It's so nice to wake up sober and feeling good.

6:35 for me.
I am staying in today. It's supposed to be 55 here but the usual WY 40 mph wind gusts. Will crack the windows to air out the apartment. I love fresh air.

Waiting for 1st mug of coffee.
Dental cleaning went well. Except for an infection. Had me back in an hour later for tooth removal.
Last massage this afternoon at chiropractors office for awhile.

On a little mini vacation.
Never hurts to hit a meeting while away from home.
I (used) to do a lot of heavy drinking out here in the desert

5:01 am - alarm
hit snooze several times
5:27 am - rolled out of a warm bed into cold room, put on my swim suit, drove to pool, stared at the water for 27 minutes, dove in, swam six laps, got out. Voila.

It's inconvenient, but better that they wake me up to let them out than pee in the house.

One of my two dogs is old, nearly 13, and has to pee often. I can understand that, as I'm older too, so whenever he has to go out, I let him out, even if it's only been five minutes since he last went out.

Dogs woke me up to go out. But they didn't linger outside. It's bitter cold here. Only 7 F with snow covered streets.
