Changes

I moved away from everything I knew when i deceided to surrender or should I say when I was surrendered. I left all the "so called" friends behind, my job, my ex, my life-so I thought. It was no life at all. Any how now I am realizing that there is a new life beginning and it excites me but scares me at the same time. I'm not one for change and in the last 6 months I've changed everything. I've started to experience feelings that I use to want to run and use over-today I welcome good or bad emotions because atleast today I am able to feel and express myself-Thanks everyone.

I could not get sober when I continued to hang around with my old "friends". Had to change everything, just as you have done. Keep going forward, and do not look back.
