| I got my "umf" back ...
yep, in the beginning of clean time i had myself on a strict regime ... excersize, lots of water, rest, etc. need i mention that i slacked off? well, my physical problems from using are not getting any better with me sitting on my fanny all the time :dead1: . so, yesterday i started walking and watching my food portions . today i did the same! its a beautiful thing ... i can feel myself getting my "umf" back. its not just that it affects my health in a positive way, it gives me a "reason" to keep on going, ya know? like sort of when i was on probation, only this time i am on probation with myself. haha. thanks for letting me share. dotster

HI, BJ here. I really like this topic. Recently, I thought that I had lost my "umf", I was tried and feeling like my work didn't matter must to my clients. I wanted to throw in the towel and change jobs, but something happened one night when I wasn't looking, that "Higher Power" stepped in and remained me of what "it" was before. Well, if that wasn't enough, I decided to take some time off just for myself and give me a "spiritual retreat". I'm back at work now, with more "UMF" then I had before. I had to remember that it's not the "me's" it the "US" that pass on the process. I'm still tried at times, but that's what exercise, rest, meditation and lot's of prayer is for. This to has "passed". Lovin' Ya, Bumperjack.
