Hello friends

What does it actually mean if someone is bull-shiting in AA terms?

I have heart it said a few times, but can someone please translate this..

In my circle they're not walking the talk, can spew AA upside down and inside out, but don't practice and actually do the step work involved.

in rehab, we'd put the blah blah blah sign next to our jaw- meant that you were "talkin out th side of your head" instead of saying your truth
