It may be just me, but I have this sense that keeping this place running smoothly is no easy task. And I don't mean just the technical aspect of it. Thousands of members, delicate and controversial topics and subjects. Throw into the mix pesonalities and dynamics, you've got yourself a tough assignment. That the mods must get irritated, tired, stressed out is surely an understatement.
So a heartfelt thanks to all of you. :redfinger

And Mooty, East L.A is like the Hamptons compared to Regent Park.

Thank you Dan!! Yes it can be dicey being a mod some days, but sharing these boards with wonderful members like you all, make it all worth while.

And Dan, just so you know, I too thought that was two thumbs up, LOLOL, but I too am a Canuck and if WE say they're thumbs, then by gummy THEY'RE THUMBS

And if you're driving through Regent Park, they BETTER be thumbs or we're both in trouble.

it just occurred to me that we are supposed to know what moderate means...

maybe to be more accurate a betterterm would be members who moderate with a few extreamists thrown into the mix. lol
