No trumpets sound when the important decisions of our life are made.
Destiny is made known silently. – Agnes De Mille, 1905-1993, American Dancer and Choreographer

If you think life is hard, what are you comparing it to?
Why be afraid of something you want?
If you don't think hightly of yourself, who will?
Do you treat love as a verb or a noun?
Are you making new mistakes or the same old ones?
Nothing is too good to be true.
WHAT WOULD YOU ATTEMP IF YOU KNEW YOU COULD NOT FAIL?
In order to find yourself, are you willing to lose yourself?
What do you pack to pursue a dream & what do ya leave behind?
I guess these are questions rather than quotes.

The Wise Man believes profoundly in silence - the sign of a perfect equilibrium. Silence is the absolute poise or balance of body, mind and spirit. The man who preserves his selfhood ever calm and unshaken by the storms of existence - not a leaf, as it were, astire on the tree, not a ripple upon the surface of the shinning pool - his, in the mind of the unlettered sage, is the ideal attitude and conduct of life. Silence is the cornerstone of character.

Ohiyesa (Charles Alexander Eastman) - Wahpeton Santee Sioux

Looking back on what God has done for you strtengthens yuor faith in the future.

Even if you don't feel God is close to you, it is possible to know He is near.

Rather than using God to solve your problems, use your problems to get closer to God.

God does not promise a life without dificulties. But He does promise that He will always be with you.

We can't always choose the situations that life brings to us, but we can choose the attitude we will use to face them.

Sometimes the most efffective words of comfort are no words at all.

God's comfort doesn't necessarily make you comfortable, but it will give you hope that tomarrow will be a better day.

God may not give you comfort if it keeps you from doing what He wants you to do.

It is possible for God to give you comfort without removing your adversity.

God's comfort may be just what you need to deal with your adversity.

One of the reasons God comforts us is so that we can comfort others.

Never attach strings to the comfort you give to someone else.

If you don't know how to give comfort to others, try putting yourself in their place.

Our ultimate comfort is knowing that someday we will be with God.

From the book GOD IS IN THE SMALL STUFF by Bruce & Stan
