Through your unique awareness, life experiences itself. What you do, what you think, what you feel, goes far beyond you. Choose to be at peace, and you add to the peacefulness of all existence. Choose to be happy, and there is more happiness all around. Your own genuine happiness does not take anything away from anyone else. It is truly a way for you to give to all of life.
