Ok so here is the deal. I want to make an effort to mountain bike as much as possible. I'm calling all of those that either are currently, used to, or want to get into biking everyday as a means of exercise and fun. Exercise is hard enough when motivating on your own and I think with some encouragement we might all get a bit healthier, pick up a new hobby, and maybe even lose a few lbs in the meantime. What do you say?

I love mountain biking!! I started about 7 months ago right after I quit drinking. I have a Cannondale Rush. It's awesome. It makes me a better rider. I just got clipless pedals. Wow , what a difference it makes in powering up hills. make for nasty falls though. Tell me about your biking. |

I love it also, have a great bike, but it's hard to ride it in my area. But I would like to start riding it more!

I am a road cyclist. I've been riding for years. I've tapered off a little during early recovery, but plan to pick it back up. Mark
