I STILL haven't figured out a fitting name! I woke up yesterday (thanks to a noisy cat) and actually thought of something, but forgot it when I went back to sleep....must be getting forgetful in my old age

I really like the pink ladies group, though. I have a big round pillow...it's a pink cat (of course) and her name is Priscilla, the pink pussycat. Unfortunately, the REAL cat Elvis, likes to lay on her.

Okay, guys, I am on day 3-1/2 of quitting smoking and this is the WORST day so far. I remember when my mom quit, she said the 3rd day, 3rd week, etc. were always the worst. I am very tired, off tonight and tomorrow so don't have work to preoccupy me, so may just try to sleep through the next 2 days and hope it gets better.

Oh gurl.... Hang Tough. Get butterscotch things to suck on. You know I gave up diet pepsi, I was really addicted to it, I drank like 20-40 a day, I'm not kidding. I started in the AM and filled up my cup till I went to bed.
Anywho I noticed I drank it like a smoker smokes also, for stress, after meals, etc.

Like I said earlier it's about changing the thought process, at first you just have to deal w/it, but then little by little, I think our thoughts start to change and we stop thinking

You know what I just found out? Jeff Conway from Grease became an addict, kind of from Grease..
On one of their songs they dropped him, and when they took him to the doctor they gave him TONS of drugs, and he's been really bad ever since. Isn't that a Sad story?

I had heard Jeff Conway had an addiction problem. It seems I'm a little more aware of all the addicts out there now.

ASPARATINE IS THE DEVIL. From what I've been reading and edumacating myself on I may as well keep doing meth if I'm going to pump that stuff in my veins.

Seriously the ******* who got that stuff approved paid off the government.
I'll swear by it..... That IS WHY I stopped drinking it....
It causes cancer, lupus, depression, brain tumors, bipolar, addiction, so much stuff.....

People told me this stuff for years and I did not believe them. Even though I had half the stuff they claimed it to cause, I was like whatever..... It's Bad stuff....
