| Folders not reflecting that there are "new" posts in them.
.....specifically, in the 12-step forum, a LOT of the time, someone will post something up in one of the step-specific sections and I don't know those posts are there. Once in a while there's an icon indicating new posts....but it's not consistent at all. Another issue seems to be that I can hop into a forum, like the 12-step forum, and there might be 5 new threads - and they're all in bold showing me there are new posts/threads I haven't seen yet. I click on one and read it...then I click on the "12 step" link above the thread i'm on (or maybe it's if/when I use the "back" button) and wham-o.....no more bold print and I have to just know that the top 4 or 5 threads have new stuff in them. In a area like the newcomers sections this is a big deal because I miss TONS of new posts that I would have like to have weighed in on.....or maybe had some advice that may have been beneficial I know this subject has been raised before but I thought I'd do it again as it's still present. Maybe it's just a board upgrade that needs to be implemented as I'm on several other message boards and unread threads NEVER indicate they've been read UNTIL you actually click on the thread.
