in a few minutes. Well, I've tried for two days now! LOL :O I have followed all the directions in the FAQ for chat login issues. I've gone to Java and done the test. They say I'm good. I've done the whole security/privacy thing, re-started my computer...entered Explorer through the START menu...the whole shabang. Nothing is working. Has anyone else had this problem?

I consistently get that same message. "Error connecting to the server. Please try again in a few minutes." Hmmm...

Thanks so much in advance for any assistance with this! :)

Does anyone know if there is someone I can contact who might be able to help me? I really want to organize a chat for our "class" and I still can't get into the chat room :(

I've never heard of that problem before. What browser are you using? Are you using a firewall? Make sure that the SR website is marked as "safe" in the security settings.

Have you tried deleting your browser cookies?
