Hi there,

I followed alllllll the instuctions and I still get the mesaage that I need to download java, etc. I did!!

Any more ideas on what to do?

Try restarting your com..your explorer page too...I get that sometimes too. Im in chat so I will watch for ya.. good luck...

Or try deleting all your cookies and temp internet files.

When you try this, make sure you don't have any other browser windows open.

Also check your browser security settings... Make sure that Java is enabled and not blocked.
