How long does it take before you get your natural drive back? I used to be a nutural high-strung person with a lot of motivation, but it seems that I can't get it back after doing these damn oxy's for so long. I have quit them numerous times and keep going back cause I dont have energy. I make it 2-3 weeks and cant get my normal drive back. How long does this last?

Unfortunately, it varies from person to person, and is related to dosage and length of time. You are consuming a substantial amount of oxy, and it will take time for your body to adjust. But it will get better with time. Here's an excellent link with advice for nutrition & etc. for reducing discomfort & etc. http://www.dpeg.org/treatment/methadone_withdrawal.htm Buzz |
