im almost a week sober guys

but like a week and a half ago i took some xanax i was wonderin if they test that for jobs cuz i got a test comin up, i did some research online to see how long it stats in your system but i keep getting different answers some say 1-2 days some says 72hrs some says2 weeks and some say a month???anyone know it would be appreciated, thanx in advance

start drinking lots of water...as much as you can drink, and pee as much as possible.

drink lots of water, sweat(sauna, exercise), and pee.

yea but that doesent answer the question of how long it is in your system, anyone know??

I can darn near promise you it is way out of your system after a week...been there done that...I used to take lots of benzos and have lots of UA's...three days was the max to get it out of your system.......don't worry..and don't take anymore!! Good luck on you new job....

I was worried about the same thing a while back when I was about to take a test. I called the lab that does the drug testing for the methadone clinic that I was going to and they said it could show up for a month. They said that it depended on how much you had taken and for how long but usually a month.

I have taken xanax for anxiety, doctor perscribed on and off for several years now.
A few years ago I had a lab test done for a new job. I only take them sporaticly
but it showed up in the results. I take it this isn't a doctor perscribed drug you
are taking.
