| still clean
I have not stopped in for a long time , just saying Hello.... Im still kickin, over a year, no pot no beer.no nothing .. stress is getting better, 1st of the year away go the smokes..... not going to be fun. 1st time in 39 years that im drug free! ken..... |

i don't know you from adam and i prolly never really will, but you don't know how happy that makes me. congratulations on your clean time and keep it up. don't let your guard down. as far as the smokes go, no it will not be easy but it is possible and it is so worth it. i promise. i thought there was no way i could quit smoking but then i started thinking about how much i had already beaten and it made it bearable. keep up the good work. here for you samantha
