i have been clean for 8 days. not very fun! i still want to refill my rx to hydro. i am obsessed with the things. it gives me a heavy heart thinking about it. why if it has been so long i still want them...i guess i have not faced the issue and made a comitment to stop. i gotta....uufff..what to do? what to do? over it !

Odie,
Are you open to AA/NA? It was the only way I was able to stop. The obsession was too powerful for me to fight on my own.

yes, i need to go. last time i went was in high school 1991,
(get this) for pot(my parents made me). (not to be bad but i wish still only did that.)

Man odie you got 8 days clean thats friggin awesome. Dont give in now you already made it past your peak of detoxing now its just mental. Hang in there and try sum meetings keep yourself busy. You got me beat on the 8 days im still tapering you make ppl like me jealous LoL just hang in there.

Mrs. B. I did almost the same thing, except I told the doctor to his face he had over prescribed and had him call the pharmacy and cancel them all.
