I Am A Recovering Addict Who Has Recently Relapsed And I Know That It Is Not Bad Now I Know It Could Soon Get Worse Any Suggestions

Yes, I have been there, many times. I went for years without using, then relapsed.

My suggestion: Get help now, before you lose any more of your precious time on this earth. A meeting, rehab, detox, whatever it takes.

If you 've done this before, you know that it gets worse every time you go back out. If you haven't, then trust me! It does. I wish you success and recovery!

I'm sorry to hear about your relapse, but, thrilled that you are looking for ways to stop before it gets worse.
Have you gone to meetings in the past?
If so, go to one = today!
If you have any phone numbers, call them.
If you have a sponsor, get together with him/her.
If you haven't any of those things - get started!
Or, you can look to 12 Step alternatives. DonS has a great list of resources. There is SMART Recovery; and Secular Organizations for Sobriety, (SOS), and Lifering Recovery Resources. Here are some links:

I hope these ideas help. Please know that you CAN do this. As hard as it is, the alternative is worse.
