No problem. There's A LOT of info on the site. It's the kind of thing i think you need to take in bits and pieces. You know what i mean...read a little...think a lot. It takes a long time for this kind of stuff to sink in and become a part of your thinking processes. I know...I have a Bachelor of Science in Psychology and have been studying the subject on my own for years. I'm also a counsellor...not an addictions counsellor of course...
