If you just got out of rehab, I assume you have some tools. Use them. Reach out to others in recovery. Get to a meeting. Please. Nothing is so bad that drink or drugs won't make worse. jojo | |

Dont try anything "legal" i was on oxycontin for 2 years and it was the worst withdrawals and pain i have ever been through. I know its tough just getting out of rehab. Cant chill with old friends, need to stay clean, depression, anexity. I am 21 and everyone i meet is doing something. I try and try so hard. everyday is still a struggle. Iam not going to lie. Just keep your mind busy and yourself busy. It will get easier and you will feel so much better everyday. Cravings are hard too but they pass and when you get through that you will feel so good about yourself for being so strong. I am going on 70 days clean and i feel good. Stay strong and take it one day, one hour, one minute(if u have to) at a time. We are all here anytime of the day or night. *Stacy* Good luck!!!

Ezel, It can be a harsh and lonely time leaving rehab as others have said. Get to meetings, throw yourself into the fellowship, find a sponser. Be real kind to yourself too...long soaks in a candle-lit bath type things. Most of all though get yourself into the arms of the fellowship...let other people hold your hand through this difficult time. Hugs Evanna. |
