Hi Bob. Congrats on getting this beast out of your system. I too took about 40-50 tabs a day mixed with ibuprofen. I am thinking you are in the UK? Well this can be done, I am 34 days totally and utterly clean. Tough at first but trust me it does get easier. Plus you will just feel so much healthier. Good job

Nearly end of Day 7 , still CLEAN, nearly time for taper dose for the night, day withdrawal symptoms nearly all gone.

I am still clean during the day, taking my taper "allowed" dose at night. Feeling good, had some bad cravings to use today but I can expect those for a long time, I got this Monster beat. Thanks People.

bob you are doing great!!! I am right with you, day 7 today taking nothing and clean from pain meds since jan 23. and booze and smokes. the mental pain in the worse. proud of you man!!!!!!!!!!!!

Well done Op sounds like your on the better Road than you where, I am new here and have double problems cocaine (hate that drug, hate that word even) and also need to find a way to kick a 800mg a day codeine habit. Am sure with more Reading of positive posts like yours and with the helpful advice of others I will get there. I just wanted to say well done from a fellow understander x
