you got me on that one... i hardly drink any water these days... i know i should... i guess i'm gonna do that, a shower sounds great

That remembers me i haven't told you the funny dream i had the night before. I was meeting clean and blue to go iceskating. My dad and mom were there too. Apparently my dad knew why we know eachother but my mom didn't. The skating place was close to my home here but while we were waiting i checked out the store and they had all books and stuff about the american revolution. Unfortunately i woke up before i could meet either clean nor blue :-)

Hi everybody! Lost, I'm sorry it's been so bad at work but you have to give yourself some credit for the strength I know it took to even get there. This insomnia will pass. I promise.
Mama. Wow. Viva Las Vegas! Be sure to do plenty of people watching down there . That's my favorite thing to do in that town. You see absolutely all kinds.
Weird thing happened in the night. My husband rolled over and fell right out of bed onto the floor. He conked his head on the bedside table and knocked over the lamp. I woke up to a terrific crash and the dog started to bark...He said he was having a bad dream. Talk about a rude awakening!
Miss Butter, a lunch out with a friend sounds like just the thing. I hope your gloomy mood lifts. Well, now that I think about it it's probably late afternoon in Switzerland. I wonder, do you speak French, too? Or Italian? You sound so worldly. You certainly do a great job with English. You've even got some of the American slang down.
Today I'm going to a luncheon with this charitable organization to which I belong. I've got to find something decent to wear. Not such a tough day, I think!

Hi Elsie Ouch, poor hubby, i hope he didn't hurt himself... that was kinda start into the day.
I do speak french, but no italian. French was my first foreign language at school, then I learned english and spanish. We had to choose between English or Italian and I went for English.
Thank you, that means a lot to me. I put a lot of hard work into improving my English and i have to admit i'm freaking proud on how far i've come. I hope i'll be able to get rid of my Swiss accent once i live in the states... Usually i'm a minimalist but regarding english i'm very perfectionistic...

A luncheon is a different way of saying eating lunch. It means having lunch in a formal manner. Dressing up with flowers on the table. Usually with a specific function in mind. Like a meeting for a charitable organization or some other kind of "event". That's why I have find something nice to wear.
