its so nice to feel so healthy on thanksgiving. just last night i was feeling blue after talking with my sponsor...go figure...and i went back to my old playground. thankfully i didnt stay long and i didnt use! praise the Lord! im really counting my blessings right now! and more importantly im still in one piece! thank you all for your encouragement and support!

Sometimes the thought of holidays can be enough to get you down but most times it seems it's never as bad as I think it's going to be in my head. Actually today was great. I'm glad you didn't give in to temptation.

it took a lot of strength to resist that urge. my whole body wanted it and i felt like i was falling right back into the madness. only by the grace of God and a post sp posted kept me from losing everything ive worked for. thanx for all the support!
